Welcome to my Portfolio
I am a versatile artist working in watercolour, oil, acrylic paints, and pencil. My art explores the interconnected themes of landscape, urban sketching, nature, and illustrative documentary. I strive to capture the essence of my subjects, from broad panoramas to intimate details of the natural world, through both artistic expression and close observation.
For me, illustration becomes most meaningful when it's about more than just a pretty picture. I'm really drawn to telling stories through my work, especially those that might not usually get heard.
There's a powerful feeling in being able to use my art to give a voice to people and their experiences.
That's why reportage illustration feels so important to me – it's about witnessing and sharing narratives that deserve attention. Beyond individual stories, I also find myself constantly thinking about and visually exploring some of the bigger social challenges we face, like mental health, the struggle so many have with housing, the quiet pain of social isolation, and the complexities of crime.
These aren't just abstract issues to me; they touch real lives, and my goal is for my illustrations to spark a little more understanding or maybe even a conversation around them.
